1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works On The Task Entitled: Improvement Of Energy Efficiency Of A Public Utility Building Belonging To Kp Psp Zgorzelec, Carried Out Under Measure Fenx.01.01 Energy Efficiency Priority Fenx.01 Support For The Energy And Environment Sectors From The Cohesion Fund Of The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027.2 Program.The Construction Works Refer To The Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The District Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In Zgorzelec, Including The Insulation Of The Building To The Extent Indicated In The Energy Audit And The Performance Of Necessary Renovation Works, Including The Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation.3. The Planned Investment Is Aimed At Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Facility By Reducing Heat Losses, Reducing The Demand For Energy Necessary To Heat The Building, Increasing The Use Of Energy From Renewable Sources And Improving The Conditions Of Use And Aesthetics Of The Facility. The Material Scope Of The Project Was Determined On The Basis Of An Energy Audit, Construction Inventory And Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Building.4.As Part Of The Order, It Is Expected To Perform Construction Works Related To Improving The Thermal Parameters Of The Buildings External Walls. The Scope Of Work Includes: A) Insulation Of The External Walls Of The Building, B) Insulation Of The Ceiling Above The Garage, C) Insulation Of The Sloping Rafter Roof, D) Insulation Of The Ceiling Above The Ground-Floor Part Of The Garage, And Replacement Of The Edpm Membrane Covering With Metal Roof Tiles, E) Replacement Of External Door Joinery, F) Replacement Of External Window Sills, Flashings And Gutters, G) Renovation Of Part Of The Buildings Roof Covering Made Of Metal Roof Tiles. Ah) Color Scheme Of The Buildings Facadei) Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation On The Roof Of The Buildingj) Strengthening Of The Wooden Structure Of The Roof Trusses In The Southern Part Of The Building From The Side Of The Main Entrance For The Planned Location Of Pvk Panels) Purchase And Installation Of A Wall Platform For Disabled People With A Video Intercom5. The Works Will Be Carried Out At The Active Facility Of The District Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In Zgorzelec. Therefore, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of The Facilitys Users And The Uninterrupted Functioning Of The State Fire Service. The Organization And Technology Of Performing Works Must Take Into Account The Specificity Of The Facility And The Need To Maintain The Operational Readiness Of The Unit. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Performance Of All Preparatory, Security, Reconstruction And Finishing Works, As Well As Carrying Out The Required Tests, Examinations, Measurements And Technical Acceptance.
