The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A New Telescopic Loader With A Wooden Log Grabber Along With Equipment, Required Documents, Warranty And Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees In Its Operation And Operation. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Collection, Will Take Place At A Place Designated By The Ordering Party, At A Distance Of No More Than 150 Km From The Ordering Partys Registered Office (State Forest Storage Complex In Stargard) At The Contractors Expense. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New And Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025. Detailed Technical Conditions And General Requirements For The Ordered Telehandler With A Log Grabber Are Included In Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements And Parameters In Accordance With The Technical Specification Of The Subject Of The Order (Ts), Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. In All Places Of The Swz And Annexes To The Swz In Which An Example Of A Trademark, Patent, Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided Is Used Or If The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Pzp, And In Each Case, Acting In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 6 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Pzp, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Specified In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz, Marking Such Indications Or References With The Words Or Equivalent Or Or Equivalent (Including The Use Of Devices), Provided That Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. An Equivalent Solution Is Also Permissible If The Word Equivalent Or Equivalent Is Not Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Detailed Information On Equivalence Is Specified In The Swz. The Contractor Will Provide A 12-Month Quality Warranty For The Delivered Subject Of The Order (Telescopic Loader With A Grapple For Wooden Logs) Without A Limit On The Number Of Hours Worked, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Handover And Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Agreement By The Parties. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty For Defects In The Subject Of The Order For A Period Equal To The Period Of The Warranty Granted. The Above Does Not Prejudice The Further Rights Arising From The Manufacturers Warranty. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With All Documents Required By Law Enabling The Use Of The Subject Of The Order, All Documents Required For The Subject Of The Contract And Documents Relating To It.
