1. The Subject Of This Order Are Services Including Maintenance Of The Following Water Facilities As Follows: Lot 1:1. Młynówka River, Piekary Stare District, Legnica;2. The Młynówka River From The Weir In The Area Of ​​Jaworzyńska Street To The Mouth Of The Kaczawa River In The City Park In Legnica;3. Ditch K-8 - Winiary And Nowe Osiedle Districts In Legnica, Including Mowing Of Adjacent Areas.2. The Purpose Of The Above Is To Maintain The Patency Of Ditches And The Młynówka River In The City Of Legnica. The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Mowing And Raking Lichen From River Slopes And Ditches; - Mowing Lichen From The River Bottom And Ditches; - Cleaning Of The Deposited Silt From The River Bed And Ditches; - Spreading The Extracted Silt Along The Slopes Of The Ditches; - Hacking The Water Table Of A River And A Ditch; - Removal Of Beaver Dams On The Młynówka River, Piekary Stare District, Legnica; - Removal Of The Tree From The Area Of ​​Property No. 342/6, Ochota District In Legnica, Together With Cleaning Up The Area After Its Removal; - Removal Of Fallen Trees (Fallen Trees) From The Areas Of Given Watercourses, Along With Cleaning Up The Area After Removing Its Elements And Taking Them Away (The Exception Is Młynówka Piekary Stare Where The Elements Of The Removed Tree Should Be Placed Outside The Ditch Slope); - Cleaning The River Areas And Ditches From The Accumulated Garbage And Removing It, - Removing Part Of The Mown Swath; - Removal Of Blockages.3.
