Tenders are invited for Repairs to Official Quarters of Rikillagaskada Seeds Bean Unit Cash / Bank Security Value (Rs.): 49,500.00 Bid Document Fee (Rs.): 1,000.00 Interested bidders should submit bids using bid forms obtained relevant to the above matter and can obtain the relevant bid documents from 22.09.2026 upto 02.10.2026 on weekly working days between 9.00 a.m and 3.00 p.m on submission of the receipt received on payment of the fees stated in E Column above to the Shroff of the Department of Agriculture, to the Administrative Officer of the Seed and Planting Material Department Centre. Bidders submitting prices for S/No. 01 must register with the Registrar under the Public Contracts Act No. 03 of 1987. All sealed bids prepared in accordance with bidding instructions should be sent by registered post to the address: The Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, Seed and Planting Material Development Centre, Department of Agriculture, Peradeniya or should be deposited in the bid box at the above address. Each bidder shall deposit the security deposit as mentioned under D in table above to the Shroff of the Department of Agriculture and if the deposit is made through a bank guarantee it should be obtained from a commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. The acceptance of bids will be closed on 05/10/2026 at 2.00 p.m. and bids will be opened immediately thereafter. Bidder or his/her authorized representative may attend the opening.
