Physical Collection & Drop-off (State Level Field Offices): Vendors located in the states can collect and drop off physical application packages directly at any operational SAFE Field Office / Field Hub (including Kuajok, Warrap State, and Aweil, Northern Bahr el Ghazal). Digital Request & Submission: Vendors may request form packages or submit completed digital application packages via email to tenders@safe-ss.org or download them from the NGO Forum South Sudan tender portal.
