Expression of Interest for Logistics and Transport Services: Transportation and Logistics Support Services, including Transportation of Goods, Equipment and Personnel, Loading/Unloading and Related Logistics Services. 4. ELIGIBILITY AND PREQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Interested applicants must demonstrate that they have the appropriate qualifications, experience, capacity and legal status to provide the goods, works or services for which they are applying. The assessment will consider, among other relevant factors: 4.1 Core Business and Years of Operation Applicants must demonstrate that their core business activities are relevant to the category for which they are applying and provide evidence of the number of years they have been operating. 4.2 Relevant Experience Applicants must demonstrate previous experience in successfully providing similar goods, works or services. Applicants should provide a brief list of relevant previous assignments/contracts, including, where applicable: Name of client; Description of goods, works or services provided; Location; Contract/assignment period; and Approximate contract value, where appropriate. 5. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED Interested applicants must submit the following documents: No. Required Document 1 Valid company/business registration certificate from the relevant Federal and/or State authority 2 Valid tax/compliance certificate, where applicable 3 Company/Organization Profile 4 Evidence of relevant previous experience, including contracts, purchase orders, completion certificates, reference letters or similar supporting documents where available 5 Bank statement for the last six (6) months or other acceptable evidence of financial capacity 6 Relevant licenses, permits or professional certificates, where applicable to the category 7 Organizational structure and brief information on key technical/management personnel 8 Evidence of operational capacity, equipment or facilities, where applicable 9 Any other supporting documentation relevant to the category applied for HoD reserves the right to request additional information or clarification from applicants during the prequalification process. 6.
