Bicycles – Framework Agreement For Operational Bicycle Leasing By Employees Of The Oost-Limburg Hospital. This Assignment Concerns A Framework Agreement For The (Individual) Leasing Of Bicycles For The Staff (Contractual/Statutory Employees) Of The East Limburg Hospital (Zol). This Agreement Aims To Appoint A Leasing Company That Offers Bicycle Leasing To Zol Employees According To The Principles Of Wage Exchange. The Bicycle Lease Will Be Offered Within The Cafeteria Plan Used By Zol. Zol Uses The Acerta Flexpay Platform For This. The Modalities Are Further Explained In The Technical Provisions. The Zol Aims To Carry Out A Cost-Neutral Operation, With A Limited Administrative Burden For Both Its Own Operations And For The Employees Who Wish To Use The Bicycle Lease. For This Reason, Zol Attaches Importance To Extensive Digitalization And Automation Of The Administrative Processing Of Bicycle Leasing. It Must Also Be Possible To Take Over The Bicycle Individually At The Fair Market Value At The End Of The Lease Period. The Offer Must Include, But Is Not Limited To, Breakdown Assistance, Annual Maintenance And Insurance Against Theft, Etc. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of 48 Months (4 Years). The Term Of The Individual Lease Contracts Is 36 Months (3 Years) And Can Possibly Be 48 Months (4 Years). The Contracting Authority Currently Has Current Lease Agreements That Are Not The Subject Of This Contract And Therefore Will Not Be Taken Over By The New Contractor. These Agreements Will Continue Until Their Contractual End Date With The Current Service Provider. The Contractor Must Take This Into Account And Will Not Hinder The Further Implementation Of These Agreements In Any Way. The Current Framework Agreement For Bicycle Leasing Runs Until August 10, 2027. This Assignment Concerns The Subsequent Framework Agreement. Although The Contract Can Be Awarded And Concluded Before This Date, Its Execution Will Only Start From August 11, 2027, Following The End Of The Current Framework Agreement.
