Electricity – Supply Of Electricity For The Lighting Of Roads, Open Areas, Buildings, Organizational Units Of The Municipality Of Dębica For 2027. 1. The Subject Of This Agreement Includes: Supply Of Electricity For The Lighting Of Roads, Open Areas, Buildings, Organizational Units Of The Municipality Of Dębica, For A Period Of 12 Months, In The Forecast Amount Of 5,725,928.00 Kwh To 290 Electricity Consumption And Measurement Points. 1. Each Organizational Unit Will Conclude Individual Energy Supply Contracts On The Terms Of The Selected, Most Advantageous Offer. 2. The Amount Of Purchased Electricity Will Be Settled According To The Actual Consumption Of This Energy By The Ordering Party, At The Prices Specified In The Offer Submitted By The Contractor. 3. For Road Lighting, The Place Of Energy Supply Is A Change In The Function Of The Power Line, From Transmission Or Distribution To The Recipients Installation. In Particular, These Will Be: Power Cable Terminals In A Street Lighting Cabinet Or Current Terminals At The Output Of Wires From Protection Devices Towards The Recipients Installation. 4. Other Places Of Energy Supply, Resulting From The Interpretation Of The Act Of April 10, 1997. Energy Law (Journal Of Laws 2024.266, As Amended), Are Specified In The Connection Conditions. 5. The Ordering Party Allows The Aggregation Of The Commercial Fee In Energy Costs. 6. The Current Distribution System Operator [Dso] Of The Ordering Party Is Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. 7. Organizational Units Have Signed Reserve Contracts For The Supply Of Electricity. 8. The Contractors Obligation Will Also Be: 8.1. Notification To The Distribution System Operator For The Implementation Of Electricity Sales Contracts To Which The Ordering Party Is A Party. 8.2. Acting As The Entity Responsible For Commercial Balancing (Including Preparing And Reporting Commercial Schedules To The Dso) For Electricity Sold Under This Order. The Contractor Will Perform Commercial Balancing Of The Energy Purchased By The Ordering Party On The Basis Of A Standard Consumption Profile, Appropriate For Consumers In Tariff Groups And At The Contractual Capacities Specified In The Annexes, Respectively, For Each Organizational Unit. 8.3. Costs Resulting From The Activities Listed In Point 8.1-8.2, Including Balancing, Are Included In The Aggregated Unit Price Of The Cost Estimate Item Kwh.
