The Subject Of The Public Order Is Construction Work Consisting In The Realization Of The Attic Addition Of Apartments. There Are Two Buildings On The Land In Question, Where There Are Business Premises On The 1St Floor And Free Space In The Attic, Ready For The Construction Of Apartments. This Is The Construction Of Apartments In The Attic (2Nd Floor). Currently, The Space Is Ready For Construction, The Ceiling Structures Above The 1St Floor Are Made And Dimensioned For The Construction Of Apartments. An Opening Is Omitted In The Structure, Which Is Temporarily Closed For The Construction Of A New Žb Staircase. The Structure Of The Truss Is In Good Condition, The Strengthening And Addition Of This Structure Will Be Carried Out In Connection With The Change Of The Standard, Against The Period When This Structure Was Designed. The Hole Fillers Are Fitted And Will Remain In Place. New Skylights Will Be Added. The Existing Thermal Insulation, Which Serves As Temporary Floor Insulation, Will Be Removed. The Attic Will Be Insulated At The Level Of The Rafters And Clamps, New Dividing Plasterboard Partitions Between Apartments And Rooms According To The Proposed Layout, New Floors And Other Related Construction Work Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Tender Documentation And Its Annexes, Including The Project Documentation And Itemized Budget.
