The Procurement Concerns Apartment Renovations Granted Through The Disability Services And Services For The Elderly In The Itä-Uusimaa Welfare Area. Apartment Renovations Are Part Of The Barrier-Free Housing Support According To Section 22 Of The Disability Services Act, As Well As Other Social Services According To Section 14, Subsection 2 Of The Social Care Act (1301/2014) And Section 11 Social Services Corresponding To The Defined Need For Housing Support, The Goal Of Which Is To Enable A Disabled Or Elderly Person To Live Independently And Safely In Their Own Permanent Home. Barrier-Free Living Support Includes Home Renovations, Removal Of Barriers, And The Necessary Equipment And Technical Solutions If They Are Necessary Due To Functional Limitations Caused By Disability Or Illness. The Services In Accordance With The Social Care Act Also Take Into Account Small-Scale Needs For Home Remodeling Work Due To Aging. Remodeling Works Can Concern The Interior Of The Apartment Or The Immediate Surroundings, And Their Purpose Is To Enable Survival Of Daily Activities, Smooth Movement And Safety Of Living. The Scope Of The Support Also Includes The Planning Of Modification Works. The Welfare Area Owns The Equipment And Supplies Granted To Customers And Maintains A Warehouse Of Obsolete Equipment And Equipment As Well As Leftover Construction Material (E.G. Elevators, Ramps, Door Opening Devices, Special Lighting, Support Handles, Etc.). The Procurement Will Establish Seven, Of Which With This Call For Tenders, Two Framework Arrangements Will Be Selected For Which All Bidders Who Have Submitted An Accepted Bid Will Be Selected By Sub-Area. With This Request For Quotation, The Customer Does Not Yet Choose The Implementer Of The Individual Change Object. The Selection Takes Place In Accordance With Section 5. Selection Of The Contractor/Service Provider In The Service Description Of The Appendix. The Procurement Is Divided Into Parts As Follows: This Request For Tender Requests Bids In The Previously Suspended Procurement In The Following Areas: 1. Hearing Aids And Their Installation 2. Visual Aids And Their Installation The Contract Period Is Planned To Start On November 1, 2026. The Length Of The Basic Contract Period Is Two (2) Years, After Which The Customer Can Extend The Contract With Two One-Year Options (1+1 Year). The Order Flow For Modification Works Is Not Uniform, But The Order Can Concern The Implementation Of Modification Work In Different Municipalities, At Different Times. The Customer Does Not Commit To A Minimum Purchase Amount, But The Apartment Modification Work Is Procured According To The Customers Needs. The Service Provider / Contractor Does Not Have An Exclusive Right To Provide The Service. The Customer Can Also Acquire Services Outside Of The Currently Tendered Framework Contracts, If The Customers Service Needs Require It Or If No Framework Contract Supplier Accepts The Modification Work Order Within The Planned Schedule. The Different Areas Of The Procurement And The Operating Model Of The Framework Arrangements Are Described In More Detail In The Service Description Appendix. Regarding This Call For Tenders, The Estimated Value Of The Procurement Is Eur 32,000, Vat 0%.
