Descriptionabout The Procurement Moss Kommunale Eiendomsselskap Kf Intends To Enter Into A Framework Agreement For Annual Inspection, Repair/Service And Minor Extensions Of Smoke Hatches, Fire Alarm And Emergency Lighting Systems In The Clients Building Stock. A Complete Description Of The Procurement Follows From Annex 3, Clients Requirements Specification. The Objective Of The Procurement The Objective Of The Procurement Is To Maintain A High Level Of Safety And Reduce The Risk Of Consequences In The Event Of Fire. Contract Terms The Contract Is Governed By The Attached Agreement Document With Annexes And Attachments. About Espd And Qualification Requirements The European Self-Declaration Form (Espd) Must Be Completed As Preliminary Documentation Of Fulfillment Of The Qualification Requirements, And That There Are No Grounds For Rejection. The Client May, At Any Time During The Competition, Ask The Suppliers To Deliver All Or Part Of The Documentation If This Is Necessary To Ensure That The Competition Is Carried Out Correctly. A Supplier Who Is Appointed To Enter Into A Contract Must, Before Entering Into A Contract, Document Fulfillment Of The Qualification Requirements In Accordance With The Stated Documentation Requirements. Support From Another Company - Espd And Declaration Of Commitment If The Supplier Is To Rely On Another Company To Fulfill One Or More Of The Qualification Requirements, A Separate Self-Declaration Must Be Submitted For This Company. A Completed And Signed Declaration Of Commitment From This Company Must Be Attached To The Offer. If A Supplier Relies On The Capacity Of Other Businesses To Meet The Requirements For Economic And Financial Capacity, It Is Required That These Businesses Are Jointly And Severally Responsible For The Performance Of The Contract. If A Supplier Relies On The Capacity Of Other Businesses To Meet The Requirements For Relevant Professional Experience, These Businesses Must Actually Carry Out The Services Or Construction Work That Requires Such Qualifications.
