Purchase Of Fuel - Framework Agreement . Descriptiongjesdal Municipality, Hereinafter Referred To As The Client, Will Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Supplier For The Purchase Of Fuel From The Pump (Petrol, Diesel And Tax-Free Diesel) For The Municipalitys Vehicle Fleet, Which Includes Cars, Vans, Trucks And Tractors. The Client Currently Has 42 Cars And 29 Other Vehicles (Trucks, Tractors And Work Machines) That Use Fossil Fuel. In Addition, We Have 39 Electric Cars And The Proportion Is Increasing. The Agreement Includes Also Automatic Machine Washing And Minor Transport-Related Supplies. The Agreement May Also Include Charging Of Electric Cars To A Limited Extent. The Purpose Of The Agreement Is To Ensure Cost-Effective, Predictable And Easy Access To The Above-Mentioned Products, With The Necessary Local Accessibility For The Municipalitys Vehicle Fleet. There Is Therefore An Absolute Requirement Of A Short Driving Distance Between The Filling Station And The Municipalitys Main Base For Cars, Rettedalen 1 Ålgård. The Client Has The Right To Make Smaller Supplementary Purchases From Other Suppliers Where It Is Appropriate For The Operation.
