Descriptionforsvarsbygg Invites The Supplier To Submit An Offer In A Limited Tender Competition Without Access To Negotiations, Which Applies To The Following Services/Projects: The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Cover Forsvarsbyggs Needs For: Services Related To The Operation And Maintenance Of, As Well As New Acquisitions For The Supply Plant, Plant Parts Covered By Its Own Licence, Electrical Equipment Necessary For The Performance Of Services At The Supply Plant. The Framework Agreement Includes The Supply Of Material And All Services On And In Connection With The Electrical Installations And The Automation Systems Included In The Supply System. This Means That, Among Other Things, But Not Exhaustively, The Supplier Must Deliver: All Types Of Services For Electrotechnical High-Voltage Installations As Mentioned In The Main Chapters From Ns 3420 W, Electricity And Telecommunications Installations, Services, Installations And Components Described In Chapters 3420 X, To The Extent That These Services Are Necessary For The Completion Of The Main Task, Services And Materials For Sd Facilities, To The Extent That This Is In A Natural Connection With The Management And Operation Of The High-Voltage Installations. New Investments In High-Voltage Installations Etc. The Competition Applies To A Procurement Above The Eea Threshold Values Set Out In Regulations On Defense And Security Procurements (Fosa) § 2-2, And Follows The Rules In Parts I And Ii Of These Regulations. The Acquisition Has Been Announced In Doffin. In Addition To The Announcement And This Qualification Basis, The Complete Tender Basis Will Consist Of The Following Documents: Part I - Invitation To Tender Part Ii - Forsvarsbyggs Contract Provisions Part Iii - Task Description Suppliers Who Are Invited To Submit Tenders Will Receive The Tender Basis.
