Energy-Management Services – Energy Services Municipal Buildings. The Purpose Of This Contract Is Energy Services For The Comprehensive Management Of Municipal Buildings And Infrastructure Included In The Scope Of The Contract, Through An Energy Services Company (Esc) Model, On The Buildings And Facilities That Are Listed In The Particular Technical Prescription Document (Pptp), As Well As In The Municipal Energy Infrastructure Master Plan Which, According To The Aforementioned Ppt, Has The Character Of An Informative And Technical Reference Document. The Action Covered By The Contract Is Configured As A Global And Integrated Service Aimed At Improving Energy Efficiency, Optimizing The Operation Of The Facilities, Guaranteeing Their Adequate Conservation, Maintenance And Replacement, And Promoting The Execution Of Investments For Improvement, Renovation And Use Of Renewable Energy, All In Accordance With The Determinations Established In This Document, In The Specific Administrative Clauses Document And In The Rest Of The Contractual Documentation. To This End, The Successful Bidder Will Assume The Technical And Energy Management Of The Facilities, Under Its Responsibility And Operational Risk, And Must Provide The Human, Material, Technological And Organizational Means Necessary To Ensure The Correct Execution Of The Contract, The Continuity Of The Service And Compliance With The Required Levels Of Performance And Efficiency.
