Engineering Design Services For The Construction Of Civil Engineering Works - Support For The Preparation Of Technical-Economic Documentation For Projects Aimed At The Next Programming Period For The Investment Objective Urban Regeneration Of The Sassar River For Recreation And Leisure Purposes (Smis Code 365428), In The Municipality Of Baia Mare. The Development Of Studies And Technical Documentation, The Technical Project For The Authorization Of The Execution Of The Works, The Technical Project Of Execution And The Execution Details For The Investment Objective, Will Be Based On The Actual Situation In The Field. The Designer Will Present The Way In Which The Services That Will Be Provided In The Implementation Of The Project Will Comply With The Principle Of Do No Significant Harm (Dnsh - ,,Do No Significant Harm), Provided In The Communication Of The Commission - Technical Guidelines On The Application Of The Principle Of Do No Significant Harm. In Order To Improve The Process Of Design, Coordination And Monitoring Of Construction Works, As Well As Maintenance Activities In Their Operation, The Designer Will Prepare The Documentation With Bim Technology (Building Information Modeling) And The Integration Of Neb (New European Bauhaus) Principles. The Services Will Be Developed In The Following Phases: 1. Feasibility Study (Sf) That Includes All The Requirements Related To The Location And Complexity Of The Project (Topographic, Geotechnical, Hydrological And Hydraulic Study, Lighting, Climate And Contamination Risks, Etc.), Respectively The Integration Of Neb Principles And The Application Of The Bim Methodology; 2. The Development Of Documentation For All The Approvals Required For The Implementation Of The Investment (Documentation For Approvals And Obtaining Them); 3. The Project For The Authorization Of The Execution Of The Investment Objective; 4. The Technical Documentation For The Termination Authorization (Dtad) - If Applicable; 5. The Technical Assistance Project From The Designer.
