The Present Procedure Proposes The Award Of A Contract For The Public Procurement Of Works (Design And Execution): Construction Of Transport Base, Buftea City, Ilfov County For The Implementation Of This Project, It Is Necessary To Develop The Design Documentation In The Phases Technical Project (Pt) + Project For The Authorization Of The Execution Of Construction Works (P.A.C.) + Project For Organizing The Execution Of The Works (P.O.E.) + Execution Details (De) + Specifications For Specialties (Cs) + Documentation For Obtaining Approvals, Technical Assistance Of The Designer, Technical Verification Of The Design And Execution Of The Works, Energy Audit At The Completion Of The Works, As Built At The End Of The Execution, Remediation Of Any Defects That Appeared During The Warranty Period. The Modification Of The Public Procurement Contract, During Its Validity Period, May Be Carried Out Under The Conditions Provided For In Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 And The Provisions Of The Anap Instructions, In Force At The Time Of Initiation Of The Amendment.
