Software Package And Information Systems – Family Pedigree Software Solution. The Hus Group Requests Tenders For Family Pedigree Software Solution Mainly For The Clinical Genetics Unit. The Procured Software Must Be An On-Premises, Ready-To-Use Solution Installed And Operated Within Hus-Managed Infrastructure And Environment. The Scope Of The Procurement Includes Software Licences, Implementation Services, And Related Maintenance And Support Services Required For The Operational Use Of The Software. The Software Will Be Used On A Daily Basis By Approximately 20 To 30 Users Mainly Within The Clinical Genetics Unit, Including Both Physicians And Nurses. In Addition, A Small Number Of Users From The Cardiology Specialty Will Use The System. The Family Pedigree Software Is A Critical Tool In The Clinical Genetics Units Daily Operations. Information Concerning Almost All Patients And Families Treated By The Unit Is Recorded In The Software. The Clinical Genetics Unit Receives Approximately 150 To 200 Patient Visits Per Week. The Information Stored In The Software Is Of Long-Term Clinical Significance. When New Patients From Previously Recorded Families Contact The Clinical Genetics Unit, Often After Several Years, Access To Historical Family Data Is Essential. Therefore, Reliable Data Preservation, Availability, And Retrievability Are Key Requirements Of The Procurement. Laboratory System Integration May Be Procured As An Optional Service And Implemented As Separately Ordered Expert Work At The Hourly Expert Rates Specified In The Pricing Appendix.
