Ent Or Audiologist Services – Hearing Aid Fitting And Maintenance Services Övph Northern Region. The Object Of The Procurement Is A Hearing Aid Fitting And Maintenance Service In The Northern Part Of The Ostrobothnia Welfare Area. The Service Includes The Fitting And Maintenance Service Of Hearing Aids Granted As Medical Rehabilitation, As Well As The Purchase Of Other Individual Maintenance Measures Related To Earpieces And Hearing Aids For The Period 1 January 2027 - 31 December 2028. The Acquisition Includes Two One-Year (1 + 1) Option Options (January 1, 2029-December 31, 2029 And January 1, 2030-December 31, 2030). A Separate Decision On Using The Option Is Made Approximately Six (6) Months Before The End Of The Contract Period. The Operational Area Is The Northern Region, Which Includes Pietarsaari, Kruunupyy, Luoto, Pedersöre And Uusikaarlepyy. There Are Approximately 250 Hearing Care Clients In The Pietarsaari Area Per Year. The Number Of Customers Is An Estimate And The Customer Does Not Commit To Certain Purchase Quantities. For The Service, The Customer Of The Service Must Have A Referral Or An Assistive Device Decision Approved In Accordance With The Operating Principles Of The Ear, Nose And Throat Diseases Operating Unit, According To The Regulations Of Which The Hearing Aid Service Is Implemented. The Subscriber Reserves The Right To Review The Way The Service Is Organized During The Contract Period. As A Result Of The Inspection, The Scope Of The Service May Change Or The Service May Be Partially Or Completely Transferred To The Customers Own Operation In Accordance With The Terms Of The Procurement Contract.
