Engineering Design Services For Mechanical And Electrical Installations For Buildings – Extension And Conversion Of Bernhardswald Primary School For All-Day Care - Performance Profile Technical Equipment System Groups 4, 5, 6 And 7. The Municipality Of Bernhardswald Is Planning An Extension To The Bernhardswald Elementary School To Provide All-Day Care For Elementary School Students. As Part Of A Feasibility Study, Several Locations For Cultivation Were Examined And Evaluated. The Approved Preliminary Draft For The Cooperative All-Day Facility In The Form Of An Extension Stipulates That The Dining Room, The Kitchen As Well As A Cloakroom Area And A Barrier-Free Toilet Will Be Attached To The Existing Hallway Zone In The Northeast Of The School Building. As Part Of This, The Existing Break Hall Will Also Be Enlarged. Since The School Building Is A Gravel Level, The Installation Of An Elevator Is Also Planned By Moving A Stair Landing. In Addition, Existing Rooms Of The After-School Care Center And Lunchtime Care In The Basement Of The Elementary School Will Be Included In The Room Program For The Cooperative All-Day Program. In Order To Provide The Necessary Lounge Areas For All-Day Care And Lunch For Up To 160 Students, The Following New Or Conversions To The Existing School Building Are Planned: Lounge Areas For All-Day Care With E.G. Reading Island, Homework And Music Area With 305 M², A Supply Kitchen As A Preparation Kitchen Including Side Rooms With 55 M² And A Dining Room In Two-Shift Operation With 120 M². In Addition, The Existing Break Hall Will Be Enlarged By 89 M² And The Playground Will Be Restored To 808 M² After The Renovation. The Cost Of The Measure Is Currently Estimated At Around €5.85 Million Gross. This Cost Framework Should Be Adhered To. Important Planned Time Milestones: • Submission Of Funding Application And Building Application In June/July 2027 • Tendering And Award In September/October 2027 • Construction Begins In March 2028 • Completion No Later Than The Start Of The 2030/2031 School Year. The Services Performance Profile Technical Equipment System Groups 4, 5, 6 And 7 Will Be Awarded In Stages. The Commissioning Takes Place In Stages For Service Phases 2–9. Initially Only The Lps Will Be Awarded. 2 And 3, Then Optionally The Further Performance Phases In Stages. There Is No Entitlement To Commission Further Service Phases/Stages. The Bidder Cannot Derive Any Claim For Additional Fees From The Gradual Commissioning. Requests For Further Stages Must Be Made In Writing. Regular School Life Must Be Ensured During The Execution Work. Particular Attention Should Be Paid To A Very Well-Structured Construction Process That Must Be Adhered To, In Order To Make Efficient Use Of Holiday Weeks, For Example.
