Tenders are invited for Consultancy for Orientation, Capacity Building, Business Development and On-the-Job Coaching for Income-Generating Activities (IGAs). Service Location: Jericho, Jenin Consultancy for Orientation, Capacity Building, Business Development and On-the-Job Coaching for Income-Generating Activities (IGAs) Acted is implementing a programme designed to strengthen the livelihoods, economic resilience and self-reliance of marginalized and vulnerable households in the West Bank. As part of the programme, 65 selected beneficiaries from the Jordan Valley and Yabad/Jenin area will receive support to establish, strengthen, diversify or improve income-generating activities (IGAs). The supported IGAs are expected to include a range of household and small-scale economic activities, including agriculture, livestock, food processing, home-based businesses, small trade, services, handicrafts and other viable activities identified through the programmes beneficiary assessment and market analysis. The intervention recognizes that one-off training is insufficient to ensure the successful establishment and sustainability of small businesses and livelihood activities. Accordingly, the consultancy will combine: Initial orientation and capacity building; Individual beneficiary assessment; IGA/business planning; Regular hands-on coaching; Business mentoring; Agriculture and livestock technical support; Product development; Marketing and business promotion; Market and institutional linkages; and Sustainability and exit planning. The central feature of the assignment will be regular individualized coaching for four months, with each beneficiary receiving a minimum of one hour of direct coaching per week. The geographical distribution of beneficiaries requires a field-based approach capable of operating effectively across the Jordan Valley and Yabad/Jenin area.
