Tenders are invited for Toolboxes and Med-Kit Pack G-011819-001 Edu Gov Closing Date: Monday, 05. Oct 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Development Context The GIZ project Governance in the Education Sector in Lebanon, commissioned by BMZ in 2024, addresses these challenges and supports the Lebanese Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE) in the implementation of the Reform Road Map 2025, particularly focusing on Cluster B (Governance/ Operational Reforms). Amongst other things, Cluster B of the Reform Road Map 2025 focuses on data and financial management, decentralised management at REO and school level as well as strategic communication thus aiming to strengthen the governance, efficiency and resilience at central, regional and school levels. The project closely cooperates with the office of the Director of General Education (DGE) and Head of Primary Department (HoPD) at MEHE, with four REOs and nine schools. The tender is divided into 2 Lots, as detailed below : Lot 1 : ToolBoxes ( Tools, PPE and Concummable ) Lot 2 : Med-Kit Pack Delivery to : Bekaa/Baalback/Saida/Beirut/Tripoli/ Mount Lebanon/ Nabatieh Delivery must be included in the offered unit prices according to the dates and locations stated above. No extra delivery price will be accepted. Maximum delivery time should be within 4 to 6 weeks from PO signature, any delivery time exceeding the mentioned timeframe will lead to bid disqualification. The supplier should provide a warranty period for all mechanical items of at least one year against mechanical failures. A warranty document for the equipment must be delivered with the machines and equipment concerned. The provider should handover the items on site with full functionality. The provider must prepare and deliver the items to the intended locations (detailed locations will be confirmed later). The price for this service shall be included in the unit price of the offer. A penalty of 1/2 % of the total purchase order sum will be deducted on each delayed week calculated from the due date of delivery. If you do not receive written notification within four weeks after the submission deadline, consider your offer unsuccessful. No reimbursement will be provided for submitted offers.
