Subject Of The Orderthe Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Development Of The Park Area At Dobre Głos In Iłowa. The Investment Is Located On The Registered Plot No. 706/5 And On Parts Of Plots No. 706/3 And 705 In Iłowa. The Purpose Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Revalorization And Development Of The Existing Park Green Area And The Creation Of A Publicly Accessible Recreational, Relaxation, Educational And Socio-Cultural, Intended For Residents Of Various Age Groups. Scope Of The Order The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation And Protection Of The Construction Site, Performance Of The Necessary Demolition, Earthworks, Leveling And Cleaning Works; 2) Construction Of The Communication System Of The Park, Squares And Pedestrian Routes, Including Surfaces: • Granite Made Of Cubes And Stone Slabs, • Mineral-Resin, • Made Of Granite Dust Or Crushed Stone, • Sandy And Safe Under Devices Recreational Areas, Including Edges, Substructures, Drainage And Finishing Elements;3) Construction Of Recreational And Sports Zones, Including:• Street Workout Zones,• Boulodrome,4) Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, In Particular Benches, Deckchairs, Chess Tables, Waste Bins, Animal Waste Bins, Drinking Fountains, Bicycle Racks, Bicycle Repair Stations, Information Boards, Park Gates And Other Equipment Specified In The Documentation Design;5) Construction Of A Space For An Exhibition And Assembly Or Foundation Of An Area Sculpture, In Accordance With The Documentation;6) Construction Of A Park Fountain With All The Elements Described In The Design Documentation, Including A Technological Chamber And A System Controlling The Operation Of The Fountain7) Construction Of Sanitary Connections And Installations, Including: • Water Supply Connection, • Gravity And Pressure Sewage, • Wells And Drainage Devices, • Underground Retention Tank, • Installation Servicing The Fountain;8) Execution Of Electrical Installations, Power Supply, Cable Lines, Control Cabinets, Grounding, Security, Park Lighting, Decorative And Technological Lighting And Monitoring Installations - To The Extent Specified In The Technical Documentation And Bills Of Quantities;9) Greenery Management, Including Cutting Down Trees That Interfere With The Investment Or Threaten Safety, Preparation Of The Ground, Planting Of Trees, Shrubs, Perennials And Grass, Establishment Or Restoration Of Lawns And Tidying Up The Areas Green Areas;10) Carrying Out All Accompanying And Reconstruction Works, Carrying Out Tests, Research, Adjustments, Measurements And Commissioning, As Well As Preparing As-Built Documentation And Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory. The Designed Area Of The Area Covered By The Study Is Approximately 12,685 M², And The Total Area Of The Designed Surfaces Is Approximately 3,262.57 M².
