The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Square And Road With Bituminous Surface In The Military Complex At Ul. Jagiellończyka 2 In Grudziądz. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Scope: - Demolition Of Road Surfaces, - Making Trenches For A New Surface, - Making Asphalt Surfaces In Three Layers - Aggregate Base, Binding Layer, Wearing Course, - Making Footings For Curbs And Their Installation, - Surveying Services. When Starting The Order, The Contractor Submits To Rzi Bydgoszcz, Through A Surveyor - Having State Professional Qualifications Granted By The Chief Surveyor Of The Country, In Accordance With Art. 43 Geodetic And Cartographic Law Min. In Scope 1 - Indicated In The Contract, Registration Of Geodetic Work In Accordance With Annex No. 3 To The Regulations Of The Military Center For Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation And The Design Documentation Reconciliation Team At Rzi Bydgoszcz - Registration Of Geodetic Work - Regulations Available At Rzibydgoszcz.Wp.Mil.Pl / Other / For Download. Once The Construction Works Are Completed, The Contractor Will Commence Comprehensive Execution And Completion Of Measurement/Surveying Works And Preparation Of A Surveying Report Enabling Changes To Be Made To The Basic Map And To The Land And Building Records. The Surveying Report Should Be Performed By An Authorized Surveyor In This Respect, In Accordance With Annex No. 8 To The Regulations Of The Military Center For Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation And The Design Documentation Coordination Team At Rzi Bydgoszcz - Regulations Available At Rzibydgoszcz.Wp.Mil.Pl / Other / For Download. The Contractor Submits The Developed Surveying Report To Rzi Bydgoszcz For Approval. Rzi Bydgoszcz Analyzes The Received Documents And Then Sends Back To The Contractor A Document Confirming The Approval Of The Surveying Report. After Obtaining The Approval Of The Surveying Report, The Contractor Will Present To The Employer For Final Acceptance, Together With Other Documents Specified In The Contract, A Document Constituting The Approval Of The Surveying Report. The Scope Of Works Also Includes The Execution Of Accompanying Works Consisting Of Lighting The Work Area, Fencing The Work Stages, Securing And Fencing The Work Area With Warning Signs, Handrails, Bridges, Canopies And Protections, Constructing And Maintaining The Back Area Of The Construction Work Area, Marking And Securing The Installations. And Devices On The Work Site. The Above Is Carried Out By The Contractor With Its Own Efforts And At The Price Of The Contract.
