The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Kasprzaka And Marchlewskie Streets. The Scope Of The Investment Includes The Reconstruction Of Kasprzaka Street On A 694.17 M Long Section And Marchlewskich Street On A 77.02 M Long Section. The Total Length Of The Rebuilt Sections Is 771.19 M. The Kasprzaka Street In Question Is A Connector Between Waryńskiego And Łysowskiego Streets. The Reconstructed Road Was Designed As A Single-Lane, Two-Way Street. The Road Will Be 5.50 M Wide, Ensuring Traffic In Both Directions. The Investment Also Includes The Construction Or Reconstruction Of Sidewalks Of Variable Width, With The Minimum Width Of The Sidewalk Being 1.80 M. In Order To Improve Road Traffic Safety And Calm Traffic On The Reconstructed Streets, Elevated Intersections Are Planned. These Intersections Will Be Made Of Concrete Cubes And Will Be Appropriately Shaped In Order To Enforce Speed Limits For Vehicle Drivers. The Investment Is Aimed At Improving The Technical Condition And Operational Parameters Of The Existing Road System, Increasing The Safety Of All Road Users, As Well As Improving The Comfort Of Movement For Both Vehicles And Pedestrians. The Project Includes, Among Others: • Preparation Of The Area For Construction (Area Marking); • Demolition Of Existing Road Elements; • Excavation; • Replacement Of Weak Embankment Soils; • Construction Of Embankments; • Construction Of Drainage - Storm Sewage; • Construction Of The Road Surface Structure; • Setting Concrete Curbs, Stops And Edges; • Construction Of Exits, Sidewalks And A Parking Bay With A Concrete Block Surface; • Vertical And Horizontal Markings And Traffic Safety Devices; • Regulation And Protection Of The Existing Technical Infrastructure; • Removal Of Conflicts With The Existing Underground Infrastructure In Accordance With The Arrangements Issued By The Network Administrators; • Other Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order, Which Resulted From Additional Inspections Preceding The Design Works And From The Technical Conditions Of The Network Administrators In This Area. Detailed Description Of The Subject The Order Is Included In Annex No. 5 To Swz - Opz. If A Specific Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification Or Technical Reference System Is Indicated In The Order Documents, This Reference Also Means The Standard/Specification/Assessment/System Current On The Date Of Submission Of Offers Or A Standard Replacing The Indicated Standard, As Well As An Equivalent Solution, Provided That It Ensures That The Ordering Partys Requirements Are Met To An Extent Not Less Than The Standard Indicated In The Order Documents. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Indicated Standard And A Later Or Replacing Standard, The Standard Ensuring A Higher Level Of Compliance Shall Prevail, Unless Legal Provisions Or Conformity Assessment Documents Require The Use Of A Specific Standard Or A Specific Version Of The Standard.
