1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Maintenance Of Visualization Systems In Nbp Facilities, Within Which The Contractor Will, In Particular, Perform Hardware Maintenance, System Software Service, Update The As-Built Sw Documentation, Diagnose Sw Failures And Provide Support Services. 2. Option: The Ordering Party Reserves The Option To Extend The Validity Period Of The Agreement By An Additional 12 Months, I.E. From January 1, 2029 To December 31, 2029, For Any Number Of Nbp Facilities. The Contractor May Not Refuse To Perform The Contract Within The Scope Of The Option, As Long As The Ordering Party Submits A Declaration Of Its Use At Least 30 Days Before The Expiry Of The Contract Term Referred To In § 2 Section 1 Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms And Conditions Of The Order Execution Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
