1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Protection Of The Property Of The Facility Together With The Area Belonging To The Complex Of Special Facilities In Legnica At Ul. Mazowiecka 3. The Facility In Which The Complex Of Special Facilities In Legnica Is Located At Ul. Mazowiecka 3 Consists Of Three Above-Ground And One Underground Floor Divided Into Teaching And Administrative Segments: A, B, C, D And S, A Kitchen, A Canteen And Three Sports Rooms With A Total Usable Area Of Approx. 9,930 M2. The Facility Is Located On A Fenced Plot, With A Complex Of Sports Fields And Green Areas, With An Area Of Approx. 10,888 M2.2. The Contractor Will Provide Direct Physical Protection. The School Facility Will Be Under Supervision And Security For A Period Of 12 Months From Signing The Contract, Amounting To Approximately 6,800 Man-Hours - From Monday To Friday From 3 P.M. To 7 A.M. (4 P.M.), And On Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays And Public Holidays 24 Hours A Day (24 Hours) - A Single-Person Guard. In An Exceptional Situation Related To A Change In The Organization Of The Schools Working Day, The Possibility Of Increasing Or Decreasing The Number Of Security Hours Is Reserved After Prior Arrangement With The Contractor. Any Changes In The Security Hours Schedule Will Be Reported Through Telephone Arrangements Confirmed In Writing. Before Concluding The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform A Security Audit By Familiarizing Himself With: The School Monitoring Devices (Cameras, Sensors, Manual Fire Warning System And Other Monitoring Devices), With The Location Of Electricity Switches, Elevators And Main Water Valves In The Building, Familiarizing Himself With The Arrangement And Operation Hand-Held Fire-Fighting Equipment, Familiarization With The Protected Area (Evacuation Routes, Smoke Removal System).3. Contractors Obligations: The Contractors Obligations Include: 1) Protection Of Property Owned By The Ordering Party And Property Used By The Ordering Party, Which Is The Subject Of This Agreement, Located Within The Protected Facility Or Area, Including: A) Protection Against Burglary Of The Protected Facilities And Protection Against The Taking Of Or Damage To Property Located In The Protected Facilities, B) Ensuring On-Duty Duty At The Time Specified In The Schedule (Punctual Coverage Of Services), C) Ensuring 24-Hour Readiness And Intervention Of Patrol And Intervention Crews Who Will Take Protective Measures Immediately After Receiving An Alarm Signal (Without Limits On The Number Of Trips), D) Intervention Against People Disturbing Order In The Protected Facility, E) Disclosing To The Ordering Party The Facts Of Burglaries, Thefts, Destruction And Devastation Of The Protected Facility, F) Performing The Security Obligation With Due Diligence, G) Reporting Defects And Security Breaches To The Ordering Party Facility, H) Protection Of Flooding Areas In The Facility In Order To Prevent The Increase Of Losses Until The Arrival Of The Person Re
