The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Clay For The Creation Of A Mineral Layer On The Slopes Of Section B2 In A Total Amount Of 10,000 Mg +/- 20 Mg, But Not Less Than (Minimum Benefit): 1,000 Mg, Using Self-Unloading Vehicles. Unloading Will Take Place At 7:00-14:00 (Monday To Friday, Except Saturdays, Sundays And Public Holidays). The Amount Of Clay Delivered Will Be Determined Based On The Indications Of The Ordering Partys Truck Scale. For The Purposes Of The Order, The Term Clay (Subject Of Supply) Means Soil With A Plasticity Index (Ip) In The Range Of ≥10%; ≤ 30%. Delivery Of Clay With Different Parameters Constitutes Improper Performance Of The Delivery. Such Clay Is Of Poor Quality. The Ordering Party Is Entitled Not To Include In Orders Addressed To The Contractor The Quantity Of Clay Indicated As The Maximum, In Such A Situation The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party, For Example For The Full Performance Of This Contract, For Compensation Or For Payment, Which He Waives By Signing This Contract.
