The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of A Task Called: Modernization Of Aeration Systems At The Sewage Treatment Plant In Klwatka Królewska, Gózd Commune. The Facility Is Located On A Plot With Registration Number 481/6 In The Town Of Klwatkakrólewska, Geodetic District 0012 Klwatka.1. The Subject Of This Order Are Construction Works Involving The Replacement Of The Aeration System In The Nitrification And Denitrification Chamber Along With The Cleaning Of The Defost Chamber In The Reactor Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Klwatka Królewska. The Replacement Of The Aeration In The Treatment Plant Is Aimed At Improving The Quality Of The Natural Environment And Adapting The Parameters Of Treated Sewage To Those Required In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Scope Of Work Includes: − Emptying And Cleaning Two Nitrification And Denitrification Chambers, − Replacing The Existing Aeration (Membrane Disks) With Elastomeric Panel Diffusers, − Replacing The Pipes Leading The Compressed Air In The Nitrification And Denitrification Chamber To The Technical Room And Connecting To The Existing Blowers, − Installation Of Two Oxygen Meters, − Emptying And Cleaning Of The Defosting Chamber, − Replacement Of The Inlet Pipe In Which Raw Sewage Is Mixed With Recirculated Sludge From The Secondary Settling Tank, − Pumping Out And Managing Liquid Sludge At The Site Of The Treatment Plant, − Pumping Out, Removing And Disposing Of Sludge And Waste From Cleaning The Chambers. The Renovation Will Be Carried Out During The Operation Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Such A Way As To Minimize Possible Temporary Deterioration Of The Effects Of The Cleaning Process. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities Of The Offer Cost Estimate And The Technical Documentation Constituting Annexes No. 11, 12 To The Swz, Respectively. The Basis For Preparing The Offer Is The Design Documentation And Answers To Inquiries During The Public Procurement Procedure. If The Names Of Manufacturers And Types Of Devices Or Other Proper Names Are Used In The Documentation Referred To Above, It Should Be Assumed That They Serve Only To Clarify The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, And The Order Should Be Made Of The Materials Indicated In The Documentation Or Equivalent. Equivalent Solutions Should Be Understood As Solutions Characterized By Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required And Included In The Documentation. The Materials And Devices Used Should Be Of The First Quality And Dimensions, Have Appropriate Certificates And Material Attestations For Use In Construction, And Ensure Operational Efficiency.
