1. Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New, Complete And Ready-To-Use Mobile Water Treatment And Distribution Set, Intended To Carry Out The Tasks Of The Rutki Commune In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense. All Delivered Elements Must Be Mutually Compatible, Adapted To Work And Transport Together, And Ensure The Implementation Of The Full Water Treatment, Preparation And Distribution Process. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Complete Set, Ready For Use, Without The Ordering Party Having To Incur Additional Costs Of Purchasing Elements Necessary For Its Proper Commissioning And Operation. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Correct Selection Of All Elements Of The Set And Ensuring Their Mutual Cooperation. All Components, Cables, Connections, Adapters, Devices And Equipment Necessary For The Proper Commissioning And Use Of The Set Must Be Delivered As Part Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Complete Subject Of The Order To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Rutki Commune. The Cost Of Transport, Unloading, Commissioning And Handing Over The Subject Of The Order Is Borne By The Contractor. The Set Includes: 1) Mobile Water Treatment Station. The Mobile Water Treatment Plant Must Be Brand New, Unused, Complete And Intended For The Treatment Of Water From The Water Supply Network And Surface Intakes. The Offered Station Must Have Documents Confirming The Possibility Of Its Use For The Treatment Of Water Intended For Human Consumption, Including The Hygienic And Quality Documents Required By Law. Minimum Technical Requirements: A) Possibility Of Operation In Two Modes: - Using Network Pressure, Without A Pump, - Using A Pump When Drawing Surface Water; B) Efficiency Of Surface Water Treatment - Minimum 600 L/H; C) Efficiency Of Treatment Of Water From The Water Supply Network - Minimum 1000 L/H; D) Multi-Stage Treatment System Including: - Mechanical Filtration, - Filtration Using Carbon Cartridges, - Disinfection With Uv Radiation; E) Microbiological Filtration Suitable For Tap And Surface Water; F) System For Monitoring The Flow, Operation Of The Uv Lamp, Pump And The Occurrence Of Faults; G) System For Signaling The Need To Replace Filter Cartridges; H) Turbidity Meter; I) Automatic Shut-Off Of The Water Supply In The Event Of Failure Of The Device Or Its Components;J) Power Supply From The 230 V Ac Network And The Possibility Of Power Supply From A Power Generator;K) Built-In 12 V Battery With A Minimum Capacity Of 100 Ah;L) Possibility Of Operation Using Photovoltaic Panels;M) Casing Protecting The Device Against Weather Conditions And Mechanical Damage;N) Weight Of The Station Not Exceeding 140 Kg;O) Connections Enabling The Connection Of A Water Installation, Including The Storz 25 Type, Storz 52 And Storz 75;P) External Display With A Minimum Protection Level Of Ip65.
