The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Dismantling Of Existing Equipment, Installation Of New Equipment, Configuration, Integration And Commissioning Of A Complete Control And Identification System For Two Unattended Sewage Catchment Stations Located At The Sewage Treatment Plants In Osielec And Łętownia, In The Jordanów Commune.1.2. The Order Covers Two Stations. Containers Of Existing Stations Remain Outside The Scope Of Replacement. The Technological, Measurement, Control, Identification And It Equipment, Along With The Elements Necessary For Their Proper Operation, Are Replaced.1.3. The Modernization Is Intended To Ensure Automatic, Unattended Acceptance Of Delivered Liquid Waste, Identification Of The Supplier And Place Of Origin Of Sewage, Measurement Of Quantity And Quality Parameters, Registration And Archiving Of Data, Generation Of Receipt Confirmations And Transfer Of Data To The Central Control Room.1.4. All Requirements Specified As At Least, Minimum Or Not Less Than Specify The Minimum Required Level Of Functionality Or Parameters. The Detailed Scope Is Determined By The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Constituting Annex No. 1A To Swz.1.5 To The Extent That The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Use Of Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Their Compliance With The Requirements Arising From The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System (Journal Of Laws 2026 Item 20).If The Subject Of The Order Includes Or May Include An Ict Product, Ict Service Or Ict Process, The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer Only Such Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Which, On The Date Of Submission Of Offers: 1) Are Not Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 20, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Ksc Act, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; 2) Do Not Include An Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Code Of Civil Procedure, Nor The Ict Service Or Ict Process Specified In This Decision. If The Content Of The Offer, Documents Submitted With The Offer Or The Contractors Explanations Indicate That The Offer Includes Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes: 1) Included In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Commercial Code Act, 2) Indicated In The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Commercial Companies Code, I.E. It Covers An Ict Product Whose Type Was Specified In This Decision Or An Ict Service Or Ict Process Specified In This Decision, The Offer Will Be Subject To Rejection Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or Point 19 Of The Public Procurement Law.
