In Kańczuga. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Detailed Opz. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular Two Distinct Areas: 1) It Technical Area - Including In Particular The Delivery, Installation, Configuration And Implementation Of Solutions Creating A Stable And Secure Platform For Business Systems And Integration Facilities For The Industrial Area, Including: Anti-Virus Software, Servers, Disks, Ram, Virtualization Environment And Disk Server, Disk Array, Two Network Switches, Ups Power Supply, Siem And Soar Software With Implementation, Edr Software For 15 Licenses, Authentication Two-Factor 2Fa With Keys, Utm Security Gate, Pre-Implementation Analysis, Server Licenses, Implementation Of High Availability, Assembly And Configuration, Backup System Including Hardware And Software, Mdm System And It Infrastructure Management And 42U Rack Cabinet; 2) Ot Technical Area - Including In Particular The Delivery, Installation, Configuration And Implementation Of Solutions Increasing The Resilience Of The Operating Environment, Including Monitoring And Control In The Water Supply Network, Tanks And Pumping Stations, Including: Router Remote Access Ensuring Secure Administrative Connections To Water Treatment Plants And Pumping Stations, As Well As Security Tests Of Ics Systems Verifying The Resilience Of Devices, Configurations And Communication Channels And Providing Repair Recommendations. The Siem/Soar Layer, Utm, 2Fa, Backup And Management Tools Implemented In The It Area Will Also Be Used To Collect Logs From Industrial Devices, Secure Traffic And Data And Provide Central Supervision Of Security Events In The Ot Environment, Without Duplicating Cost Items. Both Areas Contribute To One Functional Result Consisting In Increasing The Level Of Cybersecurity Of The Water Supply And Sewage Company And Ensuring The Continuity Of Municipal Services.
