The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation, Configuration And Implementation Of A Comprehensive Solution Increasing The Level Of Cybersecurity Of A Water Supply Company As Part Of The Cybersafe Waterworks Project. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery, Installation And Configuration Of The Following Equipment:2.1.Server – 2 Pcs. 2.2.Disk Server – 1 Pc. 2.3.Antivirus Software – 20 Sets 2.4.Router With Ngfw/Utm Functionality - Type I - 1 Pc. 2.5.Router With Ngfw/Utm Functionality - Type Ii - 6 Pcs. 2.6.Ups Emergency Power Supply – 1 Pc. 2.7.Server For Making Backup Copies Of Control Systems - 6 Pcs. 2.8.Managed Switch - 1 Piece. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Technical Specification Form Of The Offered Equipment (Annex No. 3 Of The Swz). 4. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Delivery And Implementation Of Server Infrastructure With System Software For Scada Systems, Nas Devices With Encryption Function For Archiving And Backup Purposes, Utm Devices For The Ordering Partys Location, Ups Emergency Power Supply Devices, Managed Network Switch, Internet Security/Edr/Xdr Security Software Licenses, As Well As The Provision Of Installation, Configuration, Commissioning, Migration, Integration And Testing Services Of The Provided Solutions. 5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes (Within The Meaning Of Article 2 Point 14 Of Regulation (Eu) 2019/881 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 17 April 2019 On Enisa (European Union Agency For Cybersecurity) And Cybersecurity Certification In The Field Of Information And Communication Technologies And Repealing Regulation (Eu) No. 526/2013 (Cybersecurity Act)) Used To Perform The Contract, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Did Not Include:5.1.Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security;5.2.An Ict Product Whose Type Was Specified In The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision. Failure To Meet The Above Requirement Results In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or Point 19 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit An Appropriate Declaration In This Respect, Which Was Included In The Technical Specification Form Of The Offered Equipment (Appendix No. 3 Of The Swz).
