Quotation are invited for Service of Chemistry Water Testing Equipment. PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK EQUIPMENT QTY SECTION SCOPE Agilent ICP 5100 1 Chemistry Major service Complete service of Agilent ICP 5100 equipment is required: Service certificate/report to be submitted on completion. All calibration certificates must be valid for one year. Service certificate to be explained to the officer in charge and/or employees of the Scientific Services when required. 3.0 QUOTATION Should include the following: Supply Chain Management Unit 4 Costs quoted are inclusive of all services listed above Costs quoted are VAT exclusive Quotation must also be accompanied by Agilent ICP training certificate for the service engineer that will be assigned to perform service. 4.0 SAFETY The service provider shall ensure that employees under his/her control are issued with PPE/PPC.
