Tenders are invited for Supply of Chairs for Operation Rooms at LL2 Block 01 Defence Headquarters Complex Akuregoda. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address: The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC), Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Seven Thousand Three Hundred Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR 7,300). The method of payment shall be cash/Bank draft in favour of The Director, Project Management Unit, Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla. All bids shall be accompanied by a "Bid-Security", of Two Hundred Sixty Nine Thousand (LKR 269,000.00). obtained from a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. This Bid Security shall be in the form of an unconditional, on demand guarantee in the format specified in the bidding document and shall be valid up to 15th February 2027 (119 Days after the Bid opening).
