General Procurement Notice for provision of goods, works, non-consulting services and consulting services for the Baku - Absheron Circular Railway Project Provision of Goods, Works, Non-Consulting Services and Consulting Services The project will include the following components: Component A. Electrical, Signaling and Telecommunications Works; Component B. Civil Works; Component C. Advisory Services Procurement of contracts financed by the Bank will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the Banks Procurement Instructions for Recipients (PIR) and is open to all eligible firms and individuals as defined in the PIR. After project/loan negotiations, the Bank shall arrange the publication on its external website of the agreed initial procurement plan and all subsequent updates once it has provided a no objection. 4. Specific procurement notices for contracts subject to open international competitive procurement will be announced, as they become available, on the Banks external website, and on ADYs website at https://corp.ady.az/en/purchases-and-auctions/purchases.
