Tenders are invited for Procurement of International Air Freight Transport Services The commercial offers submitted by tender participants must remain valid without changes for at least 30 (thirty) days from the date of submission. Prices must be stated in Euros, in accordance with the requirements specified in the specification. The requirements for the services, service delivery periods, and payment terms are detailed in the specification. Deadline for submission of tender proposals: no later than 25 April 2026, 11:00 (UTC+3), Kyiv time. All proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. The tender winner will be selected at a meeting of the Tender Committee, which is expected to take place no later than 28 September 2026. Information regarding the winner will be published within 3 (three) working days after the official approval of the winner(s) by the Tender Committee. Proposals must be sent to the following email address: lisova@aph.org.ua. The subject line of the email must state: For the attention of Yuliia Lisova, proposal for the tender for the procurement of freight forwarding services (international transportation of goods) The International Charitable Foundation Alliance for Public Health reserves the right to request additional materials or information from tender participants confirming compliance of individual provisions of their proposals with the requirements of the specification and confirming the legal status of the participant in this tender. The International Charitable Foundation Alliance for Public Health reserves the right to accept or reject any application in accordance with the tender documentation and its own Policies and Procedures, and to terminate the tender procedure and reject all applications at any time prior to the conclusion of the contract, without incurring any liability to the tender participants. The International Charitable Foundation Alliance for Public Health is obliged to provide reasons for the rejection of all tender proposals, provided that a written request is submitted by a tender participant.
