The Object Of The Procurement Is A Money Laundering, Sanctions And Occupational Safety Risk Assessment And Reporting System For Use By Finnvera Oyj. Finnvera Has A Regulatory Obligation To Perform A Money Laundering And Extortion Risk Assessment As Well As Hazard Identification And Risk Assessment Related To Occupational Safety. Risks Must Be Reported To The Executive Management. The Acquired Software Service Must Have Its Own Modules For The Following Risk Assessments: - Work Safety Risk Assessment (Defined In More Detail In Appendix 2 Requirements Definition Tab 2) - Security Findings (Defined In More Detail In Appendix 2 Requirements Definition Tab 3) - Money Laundering And Extortion Risk Assessment (Defined In More Detail In Appendix 2 Requirements Definition Tab 4) Each Definition Module Access Rights And User Roles Must Be Managed Separately. The User Must Be Able To Log In To The Modules To Which He Has The Right To Use, In Accordance With The Identification Solution Defined In The Attachments Of The Tender Request. Each Module Must Contain The Functionalities According To The Requirements Definition Presented In Appendix 2. In Addition, Each Module Must Contain Its Own Risk Assessment Views And Bases. A More Detailed Definition Of These Will Be Carried Out In Cooperation Between Finnvera And The Supplier During The Implementation Phase. Finnveras Primary Goal Is To Acquire A Unified System That Comprehensively Covers All The Organizations Risk Assessment Needs. The Procurement Includes An Additional Procurement Option, Which Includes Finnveras Right To Order A Fourth Risk Assessment Module: The Operational Risk Assessment Module, Which Is Defined In More Detail In Appendix 6 Option Requirements Specification. Finnvera Orders The Operational Risk Assessment Module, If The Subscriber Deems It Necessary During The Contract Period. Utilization Of This Option Requires A Separate Written Order. During The Contract Period, Finnvera Has The Right To Acquire From The Selected Supplier Additional Features Based On Artificial Intelligence Or Other Ai Capabilities Offered By The Supplier, Insofar As They Are Related To The Service Being Procured. These Additional Services Must Be Compatible With The Purchased Solution. The Implementation, Scope And Pricing Of Additional Procurements Are Agreed Separately In Accordance With The Terms Of The Contract. Additional Purchases Must Be Technically And Functionally Compatible With The Software Service. Ordering Additional Purchases Always Requires A Written Order From Finnvera. Additional Procurements Are Carried Out Within The Limits Allowed By The Procurement Contract And Procurement Law.
