1. Purpose And Objectives Of The Procurement The Kuusan Youth Association Is Requesting Bids For The Grandstand And Roof Project. The Project Includes The Following Entities: (More Precisely, Section A-A In The Plans)-Kesäteatteri Grandstand: Approx. 500 Seats And Katsomo Canopy: Approx. 330 M² (According To The Plans)-Earthworks, Retaining Wall, Drainage And Rainwater System, Frost Protection + Lower Part Sensor The Customer Will Carry Out Part Of The Work With Timbers. 2. Content Of The Contract And Request For Tenders The Project Includes Two (2) Different Total Contracts To Be Offered (The Tender Must Include All Work, Supplies, Travel Expenses And Obligations):- 1 Grandstand (Approx. 500 Seats), The Canopy Of The Grandstand (Approx. 330 M²) And All Related Construction Work And Foundations, Structural And Special Plans, As Well As The Chief Structural Designer Required By Building Supervision - 2 Earthworks, Earth Pressure Wall With Structural Plans And Frost Protection.- The Tenderer Must Give A Fixed-Price Offer For Each Item (1-2) He Offers Separately (Vat 0%).- The Project Permit Images And Interfaces Can Be Found In The Plans And Documents Attached To The Tender Request. License Photos Are Used As The Basis For The Offers. - Bids Are Valid For 3 Months.- The Customer Does Not Process Alternative Offers.- Noise-Causing Work Must Be Carried Out On Weekdays Between 7:00 A.M. And 6:00 P.M. (At Other Times, Advance Approval From The Customer Is Required).- Scheduling Is Agreed Between The Contractors In The Decision Stage.- The Contractor Of Both Areas Acts As The Main Contractor And As The Main Implementer As Defined By The Legislation For His Own Part. Subcontractors- The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Customer Of The Subcontractors He Uses Before Starting Their Work. Certificates According To The Customer Liability Act Are Required For The Entire Chain.-The Customer Has The Right To Reject A Subcontractor If He Does Not Meet The Set Suitability Requirements Or The Obligations According To The Customer Liability Act. Change: -Valid Fire Work And Occupational Safety Cards And Tax Number For All Employees. - The Active Use Of The Youth Clubs Yard And Building Must Be Taken Into Account In Occupational Safety.
