The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Work Related To The Installation, Connection, Commissioning, Safe Implementation, Possible Maintenance Measures And Dismantling Of The Lace Christmas 2026 Christmas Lights In Accordance With This Call For Tenders. The Acquisition Is Divided Into Two Areas. The Prices Are Requested To Be Reported In Section 1 Per Object. The Order Will Be Implemented Within The Available Budget. The Customer Reserves The Right To Accept Or Not Accept Only A Part Of The Items. In Sub-Area 2, A Price Is Requested For Kauppakatu And Kuninkaankatu Christmas Lights And, As An Option, Hourly Prices For Other Christmas Lights. The Order Will Be Implemented Within The Available Budget. The Subscriber Reserves The Right To Accept Or Not Accept The Option Offer. In Addition, The Tenderer Is Asked To State The Hourly Charging Prices For Repair And Maintenance Work. All Installation Sites Are Located In The Central Area Of ​​Rauma. Christmas Lights Are Stored In 2-3 Different Warehouses In The Rauma City Center Area. The Customer Informs The Provider Before The Start Of The Installation Work Where The Lights Are To Be Handed Over. The Supplier Is Responsible For Retrieving The Lights From The Warehouse. Pick-Up Locations And Pick-Up Times Are Agreed Separately. Content Of The Procurement The Procurement Basically Includes The Following Work Steps. More Detailed Project-Specific Work Descriptions, Scopes And Requirements Are Presented Below In This Call For Tenders. 1. Picking Up Christmas Lights From Warehouses Indicated By The Customer In The Rauma City Area. 2. Reception Of Christmas Lights And Functionality Testing Before Installation. (Possible Repairs Are Carried Out At The Hourly Charge Rate For Repair And Maintenance Work, To Be Agreed Separately With The Customer.)3. Installation Of Christmas Lights At The Locations Indicated By The Customer. 4. Implementation Of The Necessary Electrical Connections, Connections And Commissioning. 5. Checking The Functionality Of The Lighting And Correcting Any Defects Found During The Installation Phase. 6. Dismantling The Christmas Lights At The Time Indicated By The Customer. 7. Carefully Removing, Packing And Delivering Lamps, Cables And Other Accessories To The Warehouse Specified By The Customer. 8. Necessary Repair And Maintenance Procedures When Ordered Separately. Implementation Of The Work The Tenderer Must Note That Some Of The Installations Will Be Implemented In A Busy Downtown Area. The Work Must Be Carried Out In Such A Way That There Is As Little Harm As Possible To Traffic, Pedestrian Traffic, Real Estate And Other Urban Environments. In The Installations, Special Attention Must Be Paid To The Safety, Cleanliness Of The Work And The High-Quality And Uniform Visual Appearance Of The Lighting. Familiarization With The Sites The Customer Requires That The Bidder Familiarizes Himself With The Sites And The Prevailing Conditions Before The Deadline For Questions. Timetable The Installation Work Can Start As Soon As The Procurement Contract Is Signed. The Order Of Installation Of The Items Is Agreed With The Customer Separately. The Lighting Of Tammelas Elf And Kauppator Christmas Market Must Be Tested, Installed And In Working Order By 13 November 2026 At The Latest. The Christmas Lighting Must Be Fully Tested, Installed And In Working Order No Later Than 18 November 2026. Christmas Opening Is On Saturday 21 November 2026 And The Lights Located In Old Rauma Will Be Lit At 4 Pm. More Precise Lighting Times For Other Lights Will Be Agreed Separately With The Customer And The Provider. The Demolition Work Will Be Carried Out At A Time Specified By The Customer In January 2027. A More Precise Demolition Date Will Be Agreed With The Selected Supplier.
