1) The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works And Investment Works Divided Into Two Segments, I.E. Segment A (Inv. No. 105/27) And Segment B (Inv. No. 105/3293). The Task Includes Construction Works Increasing The Value Of Existing Building Structures And Carrying Out Construction Works Inside The Building Of The Świebodzin Forest District Headquarters (A Building Consisting Of Two Segments, I.E. Part A - An Old Historical Villa And Part B - A Modern Building Constructed In 2019). The Function Of The Entire Facility - Office.A) As Part Of The Construction Works For Segment A, The Following Should Be Performed: (A) Dismantling Doors And Frames In The Office Area And Installing New Joinery; (B) Local Wall Repairs, Including Priming, Painting And Wallpapering (Using Photo Wallpapers Made From The Ordering Partys Photos) In The Rooms Indicated In The Design; (C) Disassembly And Reassembly Of Information Boards In Passageways In Designated Places (According To The Design); (D) Installation Of An Exhaust Hood In The Existing Suspended Ceiling Located In The Forest Inspectors Office; (E) Replacement Of The Existing Radiator With A Decorative One In The Hall (2 Pcs). B) Construction Works For Segment B Include: (A) Construction Works In The Field Of Repairing Cracks, Priming And Painting The Rooms. Rooms Without Suspended Ceilings With Coffers (E.G. Toilets) Require Renovation Of The Ceiling Surfaces By Priming And Painting; (B) Building A Recess With Plasterboards On A Frame In The Above-Mentioned Recess Next To The Elevator; (C) In The Social Room (Kitchen), Replace The Existing Cladding With A System Cladding - Tempered Wall Glass; (D) In Designated Office Rooms, Photo Wallpapers Should Be Pasted On Individual Walls (Material In The Form Of Photos Will Be Made Available By The Ordering Party); (E) An Exhaust Fan Should Be Installed In The Social Room (Kitchen) By Connecting It To The Chimney Shaft Existing In The Adjacent Hygiene And Sanitary Room. An Under-Cabinet Kitchen Hood Should Be Installed In Existing Cabinets; (F) Fireplaces - Roof Exhaust Vents - Should Be Installed On The Roof; (G) Ceiling Lamps Should Be Installed Next To The Elevator, Taking Into Account Changes In The Location Of The Sockets. C) As Part Of The Investment Works For Segment A, The Following Should Be Performed: (A) System Wood-Like Cladding - English Wall Paneling; (B) System Wood-Like Cladding – Lamellas; (C) System Wood-Like Cladding - Decorative Panels For Installation At The Entrance Doors Of Individual Rooms With Information Plates; (D) Installation Of Smooth Panels In The Staircase Handrail Recesses; (E) Delivery And Assembly Of Paintings With Prints On Fabric - Canvas With A Weight Of 300-360 G/M2 On A Furniture Board, Large Format In The Form Of Graphics (Selected By The Ordering Party); (F) Delivery And Assembly Of Pictures With A Fabric Print - Canvas With A Weight Of 300-360 G/M2, Illuminated, Pictures In The Form Of Graphics (Selected By The Ordering Party
