The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of Thyristor Modules And Thyristors. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Each Time, In All Cases In Which The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Order Using Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2) And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, It Should Be Considered That Each Such Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions If They Allow To Obtain Features Or Parameters Not Worse Than Those Mentioned. In Order To Confirm Equivalence, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Catalog Card And Technical Documentation Of The Offered Device Confirming Compliance With All The Above Requirements And Meet The Requirements Specified In Chapter. Viii Swz. The Contractor May Propose Other Substitutes With The Same Or Better Technical Parameters Or With Higher Functionality, At A Price Not Higher Than The Offer, E.G. If The Offered Devices Are Not Available On The Market. The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party In Writing About The Need To Make A Change. Such Replacement Will Take Place After Prior Written Acceptance By The Ordering Party.
