1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Rainwater Canal In Częstochowska Street On The Section From The Building Of The Theater. W. Bogusławskiego To The Bridge At Ul. Wał Staromiejski In Kalisz, Based On The Documents Specified In Point 4.5 Of Swz.2. The Material Scope Covered By These Proceedings Includes Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Rainwater Canal In Częstochowska Street In The Section From The Building Of The Theater. W. Bogusławskiego To The Bridge At Ul. Wał Staromiejski In Kalisz And Includes In Particular: 1) Demolition And Dismantling Works; 2) Earthworks, 3) Reconstruction Of The Existing Rainwater Sewer On The Section From The Building Of The Theater. W. Bogusławskiego To The Bridge At Ul. Wał Staromiejski In Kalisz, 4) Construction Of Inspection Wells, 5) Installation Of A Petroleum Substance Separator With A Sedimentation Tank; 6) Connection Of Existing Rainwater Inlets, Downpipes And Sewage Connections In The Section Of The Rebuilt Rainwater Canal;7) Reconstruction Of The Existing Outlet Discharging Rainwater To The Rypinkowski Canal;8) Surface Restoration Works After Construction Works Based On The Developed By The Contractor And The Road Surface Restoration Project Agreed With The Kalisz Municipal Roads Authority In Relation To The Route Of The Designed Storm Sewer;9) Other Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order. Note: 1) Before Starting Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop And Agree With The Municipal Roads Authority In Kalisz On A Project For The Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Works In The Road And For The Duration Of The Surface Restoration (In Accordance With The Letter Wu.423.88.1.2024 Of February 21, 2025 Of The Municipal Roads Authority In Kalisz, Constituting An Annex To The Construction Design).2) All Works Related To The Implementation Of The Task Should Be Carried Out Successively, Without Unnecessary Breaks, Ensuring Their Comprehensiveness, Aimed At The Complete Execution Of The Pavement Sections. 3) During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Should Provide Access And Passage To The Buildings (Tenement Houses) And Provide Access To The Property. During The Works, The Area Should Be Secured To Prevent Unauthorized Persons From Entering The Construction Site.4) Before Starting Construction Works, Local Residents And Premises Users Should Be Informed About The Difficulties Resulting From The Work.5) Earthworks Will Be Performed Under The Supervision Of An Archaeologist Who Works On Behalf And On The Account Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Follow The Archaeologists Instructions.6) The Contractor, On His Own And At His Own Expense, Will Provide The Necessary Utilities (Including Water, Electricity) To Operate The Construction Site For The Duration Of The Construction Works.
