4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Titled: Construction Of A Sewage System In The Rzeczniów Commune - Stage Iv, Only In The Scope Of Works Located In The Town Of Rzeczniów. Works Related To The Town Of Grechów Are Not Covered By This Procedure.4.2 Scope Of The Order1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System In The Town Of Rzeczniów On A Section Of 2,911 Meters, Including 2,015 Meters Of Pressure Sewage And 1,623 Meters Of Gravity Sewage, 2 Pumping Stations, To The Extent Specified In The Design Documentation And Other Procurement Documents, Taking Into Account The Limitations Indicated In This Point. 2) Design Documentation Was Developed Jointly For The Works To Be Performed In The Towns Of Rzeczniów And Grechów. For The Purposes Of These Proceedings And The Future Contract, Only Part Of The Documentation Relating To The Works Located In Rzeczniów Is Binding. 3) Works, Supplies, Equipment, Materials And Other Services Related To The Town Of Grechów Are Not The Subject Of This Order And Are Not Subject To: 1. Valuation In The Offer; 2. Included In The Material And Financial Schedule; 3. Performance By The Contractor; 4. Acceptance By The Ordering Party; 5. Settlement As Part Of The Remuneration Due To The Contractor. 4) All Provisions Of The Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Other Documents Relating To The Town Of Grechów Should Be Treated As Not Covered By This Order. 5) Provisions Common To Both Localities Apply Only To The Extent That They Relate To The Proper Performance Of The Works Covered By The Order In Rzeczniów. They Cannot Be Interpreted As Extending The Subject Of The Contract To Include Works In Grechów. 6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works Necessary For The Complete, Correct And Intended Implementation Of The Scope Of The Investment In The Town Of Rzeczniów, Also When Specific Auxiliary Activities Are Not Separately Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, But Result From The Design Documentation, Stwiorb, Principles Of Technical Knowledge Or Applicable Regulations.
