1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Design And Implementation In The Design And Build Formula Of A Modern, Energy-Saving Air Conditioning And Ventilation System In The Cinema Building In Żory For The Project Cinema In The Old Town 2.0. The Investment Includes Servicing Three Main Zones: 1) Cinema Hall (277 Seats, Approx. 216 M2) Using A Roof Central Unit, 2) Foyer (Approx. 80 M2) With Ducted Air Conditioning And Ventilation System, 3) Cinema Operators Cabin (30 M2) With An Individual Air Conditioning System2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Functional And Utility Program - Annex No. 3 To Swz.3.Note: The Functional And Utility Program Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Development Of Documentation And Implementation Of An Air Conditioning And Ventilation System In The Buffet/Corridor And Close Rooms Using A Roof-Mounted Central Unit. This Scope Is Not The Subject Of The Contract In The Procedure For The Task Cinema In The Old Town 2.0 - Comprehensive Modernization Of The Air Conditioning And Ventilation System. In Addition, Some Of The Provisions Of The Functional And Utility Program In Part I, Point 4, I.E.: Taking Into Account That The Dismantled Infrastructure Is The Property Of The Ordering Party, All Financial Benefits Obtained By The Contractor From The Sale Of Scrap And Certified Recovery Of Refrigerants Are Subject To Return To The Ordering Party. Refund Of The Obtained Profits Cash For This Purpose Will Be Made On The Basis Of Documented Waste Transfer Cards (Kpo) And Certificates From Collection/Recycling Points, And Will Be Settled Non-Cash - In The Form Of Compensation Reducing The Amount Of Remuneration On The Contractors Final Invoice Should Be Treated As Out Of Date. The Relevant Provisions Regarding The Sale Of Scrap And Refrigerant Are Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 4. The Order Is Co-Financed By The Operational Programs Of The Polish Film Institute. Session Number And Year Session I/2026 Operational Program Development Of Cinemas Priority Modernization Of Cinemas.5.The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Materials Other Than Those Used In The Pfu, Equivalent, With Appropriate Technical And Quality Parameters. The Technical And Quality Parameters For The Materials Used In The Pfu Are Minimum Values.6.Contractors May Submit Offers Containing Solutions Equivalent To The Subject Of The Contract Presented In The Tor. 7. When Describing The Subject Of The Order By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. 8. Where The Pfu Or Other Procurement Documents Indicate The Trademark (Brand), Manufacturer, Supplier, Patent, Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Or Where Standards, European Technical Assessments, Common Technical Specifications Or Other References
