The Subject Of The Construction Project Is The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Underground Floor Of The Building At Ul. Browarna 1 In Niwiska In A Way That Allows For The Organization Of An Emergency Shelter (Mds) Along With The Construction Of An Emergency Exit In The Form Of An Underground Tunnel Ending With A Shaft With An Emergency Hatch. The Tunnel Was Designed At The South-Eastern Corner Of The Building With A Route Under The Existing Passage. The Construction Project Envisages In Particular: • Maintaining The Existing Access To The Underground Floor From The Internal Staircase, While Ensuring The Required Fire Separation; • Separating The Underground Storey As A Separate Fire Zone, Including The Implementation Of The Required Closures And Fire Seals Of Installation Passages In Places Where Internal Installations Pass Through The Ceiling Constituting The Border Of Fire Zones Between The Underground Storey And The Above-Ground Storey; • Reconstruction Of The Existing External Entrance To The Underground Floor And Adapting It To The Function Of An Emergency Exit, Including In Particular Changing The Door Opening Direction, Adjusting The Width Of The Door Opening And Separating The Entrance From The Space Intended For Shelter Using A Fire Vestibule; • Construction Of A Protective Roof Over The External Entrance To The Space Intended For Use As An Mds, In A Structure Made Of Steel Profiles, Covered With Trapezoidal Sheet Metal, Acting As A Protective Cover For The Entrance In Accordance With The Requirements For Emergency Shelter Places. • Construction Of An Independent Emergency Exit In The Form Of An Underground Tunnel With A Hatch, Located In The Green Area On The Side Of The Street. The Emergency Exit Is Designed As An Element Of The Expansion Of The Underground Floor, Ensuring The Possibility Of Leaving The Shelter Space Regardless Of The Main Exit Routes From The Building; • In Connection With The Construction Of The Underground Tunnel, Local Reconstruction Of Existing Installations And Devices Colliding With The Designed Elements Is Planned. • As Part Of The Gas Installation, It Is Planned To Install An Electromagnetic Valve Cutting Off The Gas Fuel Supply, Type Mag-3, Located In An External Box On The Fence Of The Home Sewage Treatment Plant. • Separating A Technical Room For Devices And Installation Elements Necessary To Operate The Building And The Designed Protective Function; • Reconstruction Of An Existing Room Into A Sanitary Room, Along With The Installation And Equipment Necessary For Its Designed Function; • Strengthening The Existing Ceiling Above The Underground Floor With Steel Beams. The Designed Reinforcement Will Result In A Local Reduction In The Usable Height Of The Storey By Approximately 20 Cm. Due To The Introduction Of Reinforcing Elements, Appropriate Reconstruction And Adjustment Of The Routes Of Existing Installations Under The Ceiling Are Planned; • Adapting The Ventilation Of The Underground Floo
