Wolności 139, 58-500 Jelenia Góra.4.5.The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Unused, Not For Exhibition, Coming From Current Production, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Complete And Ready For Use As Intended After Its Launch.4.6.The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct Staff Training To The Extent And Extent Specified In The Opz For A Given Part And To Issue Training Certificates For Each Trained Person.4.7.All Technical Parameters Indicated In The Opz Are Minimum (Limit) Parameters.
