The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Comprehensive Investor Supervision Over The Task: Construction Of A Passive Building In The Special School Complex In Aleksandrów Łódzki, Including Comprehensive Investor Supervision Over The Construction Works. 3. Detailed Guidelines Regarding The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting A Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Are Included In The Following Studies: 1) Draft Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz;2) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Conditions For Performing Investor Supervision - Annex No. 5 To The Swz.4.The Ordering Party Reserves That Wherever The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or Detailed Processes That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Allows Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. It Is Allowed To Use Any Equivalent Market Equivalents With Properties Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Parameters Of The Indicated Standard Define The Minimum Technical, Operational, Utility, Quality And Functional Conditions To Be Met By The Subject Of The Order. The Indicated Trademarks, Patents, Brands Or Names Of The Manufacturer Or Sources Or Specific Processes Indicating The Origin Only Determine The Class Of The Product, Method, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. The Contractor May Adopt Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. Of Other Brands And Manufacturers, But With Technical, Quality Parameters And Performance And Functional Properties Corresponding To The Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies Described By The Ordering Party. 5. The Ordering Party Informs That If The Subject Of The Order Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Will Not Reject The Offer Only Because The Delivery That Is The Subject Of The Order Is Not Compliant With The Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems To Which It Refers, If The Contractor Proves In The Offer, In Particular By Means Referred To In Art. 105 Section 1 Of The Act That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers To The Performance Or Functional Requirements Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Act, The Ordering Party May Not Reject An Offer Compliant With: A Polish Standard Transposing A European Standard, Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area Transposing European Standards, With A European Technical Approval, With A Common Technical Specification, With An International Standard Or A Technical Reference
