Tenders are invited for Solar Pumping Station in Addoussieh. Closing Date: Friday, 16. The purpose of this Tender is to obtain competitive offers for Installation of solar water pumping system in Addoussieh (South Lebanon). A detailed description of the assignment and services required by Oxfam is contained in the technical specifications (see APPENDIX A Technical specifications). The outcome of this tender is to award the successful supplier(s) a construction agreement. This agreement aims to outline the terms and conditions of Installation of solar water pumping system in Addoussieh (South Lebanon). (e.g. indemnities, liabilities, warranties, specifications, lead times, prices etc.) under which future contracts will be signed.The construction Agreement does not commit to any purchases or specific volumes. Any future purchases which will be completed under separate Purchase Orders which will be governed and linked to the original Framework Agreement. In the interests of transparency and equal treatment and without being able to modify their tenders, suppliers may be required, at the sole written request of Oxfam Procurement team, to provide clarifications within 48 hours. These requests can only be for clarification purposes, not for the correction of major details.Any attempt by a supplier to influence the evaluation committee in the process of examination, clarification, evaluation and comparison of tenders, to obtain information on how the procedure is progressing or to influence Oxfam in its decision concerning the award of the contract will result in the immediate rejection of his tender. Bidder shall sign all the tender documents as sign of full acceptance of tenders conditions.The Supplier should provide the following administrative documents:APPENDIX B - Suppliers DeclarationAPPENDIX C - Oxfam Supplier´s Code of ConductAPPENDIX D - International Supplier QuestionnaireValid company registration, Ministry of Finance registration, VAT registrationA copy of valid bank certificate not less than 6 months.Copy of valid insurance policy (legal liability at a minimum).Audited financial statements for the last 3 years The financial proposal must include:The APPENDIX E Bill of Quantities (BOQ) completed with a clear breakdown of costs related to services requested. Any additional services that the supplier would be willing to provide Oxfam at no cost should be included in the APPENDIX E.All prices shall be expressed in USD including VAT. This is to allow for a fair comparison of prices, following the award of the contract; the working currency will be decided between Oxfam and the contracted party. Where exchange rates have been used to arrive at a [international currency] figure this should also be provided.The payment is based on the delivery of the of the services. No advance payment will be made. Payments are made within 30 days after the service completion. Suppliers are requested to indicate in their financial offer if they do not agree with these terms.
