Request for proposals for Provision of Consultancy Services for Sponsored Programs Officer Closing Date: Wednesday, 30. Sep 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Business & Economic Policy Dear Prospective Consultant The Lebanese American University (LAU), through its Graduate Studies and Research (GSR) Office, invites qualified individual consultants to submit proposals for a limited-term Sponsored Programs Officer assignment. The selected consultant will provide administrative and operational support for faculty research and sponsored-program activities. The assignment focuses on identifying and disseminating funding opportunities, supporting workshops and information sessions, tracking proposals and project deadlines, administering intramural funding programs, and coordinating follow-up among faculty members and relevant university offices. The consultant will report directly to the dean of GSR. This Request for Proposal contains two sections. Section A describes the required services, expected records and outputs, duration, working arrangements, and reporting line. Section B sets out the qualifications, application requirements, submission instructions, evaluation criteria, and procurement conditions. Applicants must submit the required documents electronically by September 30, 2026. Applications and financial proposals may be reviewed on a rolling basis, and only shortlisted applicants will be contacted for an interview.
