Part 1 – Delivery Of Dairy Products. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 3 To The Swz. Quality Requirements Referred To In Art. 246 Section 2 Of The Act, Relating To The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, Were Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz) - In The Common Requirements, Requirements For Individual Parts And In The Description Of Product Items (Type Of Product, Fat And Sugar Content, Weight Or Capacity, Quality Class And Weight Class, Minimum Shelf Life) - As Well As In This Chapter (Applies To Part 1 And Part 2 Of The Order). The Contractors Obligations Include: 1) Delivering The Articles To The Ordering Partys Headquarters (To The Building Located At The Prof. Jan Miklaszewski Forest Technical School In Starościn At The Address: Starościn 34, 69-110 Rzepin) Using Its Own Transport Or Transport Provided By The Contractor, At The Contractors Expense And Risk, Within The Dates, Range And Quantities Specified In The Ordering Partys Unit Orders, 2) Delivering The Articles In Intact Packaging Individual Or Collective Products Appropriate For A Given Type Of Product, Ensuring Food Safety And Maintaining The Required Temperature. The Information Required By Law Must Be Included On The Packaging Or In A Document Accompanying The Delivery, Depending On How The Product Is Placed On The Market. The Products Must Meet The Requirements Resulting From The Applicable Food Law Provisions And The Quality Parameters Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
